There is a choice of fresh fish from the day’s catch served with baby courgettes; Chicken supreme in a creamy herb marinade with cup mushrooms; Brochettes of Sussex lamb with char grilled pineapple; and Brochette of water buffalo with pan grilled aubergine – all served with fresh and seasonal garden vegetables, barbecue new potatoes, assorted salad and chutneys - at £12.95 per course.
