The Potted Fish Company,a Devon-based sustainable fish manufacturing company started by a 19-year-old from a flat in Camden, which is “very proud to be “a local company”, is now selling its fish products in London and the South East through Sainsbury's and independent retail outlets.

Founder Jonathan Bailey, now 24, is also looking to start a training academy to help young people "turn their food ideas into reality".

The 100 gram pots, including Old English Potted Crab and Smoked Mackerel with Horseradish, sell for c£3.00.
