Our chefs are the experts in the trade, who all take their curry very seriously (but they all know how to have fun too). They are all taken under the wings of our head chef, with his vast knowledge spanning over 25 years of experience. We all just refer to him as the "Curry Guru" (seriously!).

These days we understand it's quite a challege to find a good curry place. We keep this close to our hearts, as we strive to be the best, and to always leave you craving for more.

The spices we use in our curries are quite unique to say the least. That's because each of the 1,800 spices (no kidding) that are selected by the Curry Guru, are all sourced by ourselves. Needless to say, all the flavours are created freshly in-house.
