Traditional Italian cooking by using the freshest herbs and vegetables available from our own allotment plot at Pilots Meadow, fresh quality English meat from a high class local butcher and fresh seafood delivered daily from a nearby fish market. The result is excellent Italian food at it's very best with no additives, very low in cholesterol and hardly any animal fat.
