Traditional Argentine and South American cuisine are masterfully co-mingled in a vibrant atmosphere that adds a distinctly different cultural spice to the local Wimbledon restaurant scene.
Add in internationally acclaimed music and tango along with over 30 South American wines by the bottle and the recipe for a unique dining experience is complete.
Argentina benefits from sufficient rainfall over the year and from a mostly temperate climate, which results in high quality pastures. Each cattle, primarily Aberdeen Angus and Hereford, is indulged with vast open pastures and seldom comes into contact with humans. This allows the animal to graze on grass, roam and breed as nature intended. Furthermore, as the cattle live under natural conditions, they are free from hormone additives and diseases.
These traditions result in a product containing less saturated fat and more omega 3 fatty acids, it reduces cholesterol and contributes an essential part to good health.
Argentina has the highest per capita meat consumption in the world. Many gauchos have eaten beef for breakfast, lunch and dinner since they were children. Possibly because when you get a good steak in Argentina, it is the best on earth.
