Bleriot's restaurant is named after the world famous aviator Louise Bleriot, who achieved world acclaim by being the first man to fly an aircraft across the English Channel, the restaurant and menus celebrate his daring flight and historic landing in Dover on July 25, 1909, in his Model X125 horsepower monoplane.
A scale replica of the plane and its aviator hangs from the ceiling in the restaurant and oversees the peace and tranquillity of the dining area which offers residents and non residents in Dover a delicious choice of Table d’hote and a la carte menus with their origins in traditional English, Far Eastern or Continental cuisine.
